OK, so we know that the Demo is CRAZY OP now, but he used to be OP… Now it’s just ridiculous. There are steps that can be taken to neutralize the Demo.

1. Use a Shotgun: Ok, well any gun really. Don’t shoot rockets, or ‘nades to kill the Demo. Don’t use the bugle; you need a shotgun. Or a pistol, or a syringe gun, or a mini-gun. ANYTHING but EXPLOSIVES DAMNIT!
2. Stop the Charge: All kinds of things stop the Targe Charge. Natasha, Force-a-Nature, foot-rockets, stickies. Use’em… Just don’t think that the rockets and stickies will be the end… Switch to shotgun or melee and finish the job. See #1.
3. FOR GOD’S SAKE DON’T USE THE DIRECT HIT! I know you’re all 1337  fuckin snipers and whatever but fuck you. Seriously, fuck you. There’s no splash damage, you can’t get around push-carts, and Demos are practically immune to your bullshit ass weapon. Use the regular Rocket Launcher.
4. You have a team. Someone on your team (hopefully) will understand rules 1-3 and help you kill the demo. If not, even if you follow 1-3, you’ll still lose. Dem’s da breaks kid. Get a real team. Stack MAJMAR at every chance.
